Design and Materials
The grill has been designed with a robust structure made of high-quality materials. The base is made of 4 mm thick sheet metal with a diameter of 110 mm, complemented by a 3 mm x 200 mm sheet metal rolled ring, also with a diameter of 110 mm. These components form the heart of the grill and ensure stability and durability.
CNS Inox (stainless steel) was used for the actual grill surface and frame, a material known for its corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The construction includes stainless steel round bars in various diameters and lengths, angle bars and a solid plate. These materials were carefully selected and precisely machined to ensure that the grill is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.

Mobility and functionality

A unique feature of this grill is its mobility. Equipped with wheels and axles made of sturdy iron and square tubes, it allows the grill to be easily moved and placed in different locations, depending on the needs of the event. Fasteners and additional stabilization ensure that the grill remains safe and stable even during intensive use.

Manufacturing process
​
Creating this custom-made grill was a process that required precision and expertise. A skilled professional spent over 20 hours in the shop designing, measuring, cutting, bending, fabricating, welding and grinding the grill. The use of welding shop consumables as well as the use of MigMag/Argon CO2 techniques ensured that every seam and cut was executed perfectly.
This tailor-made grill is a symbol of the combination of traditional craftsmanship, modern design and gastronomic know-how for functionality.
